Ben Hautt
Ben founded Robles Partners in 2024 and leads the firm’s development, acquisition, and consulting strategy. Before launching Robles Partners, Ben scaled Stream Realty’s Atlanta office to more than 100 employees and spearheaded over $200 million in closed transactions. Within the last decade, Ben has delivered award-winning redevelopment projects and partnered with Michelin-starred restaurant groups.
Mike Adams
Mike is responsible for sourcing and executing Industrial Service Facility (ISF) and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) development and acquisition opportunities for the firm. Prior to joining Robles Partners, he led investment strategy development at Zeller and previously held roles at Hines and Simon Property Group.
Payton Broaddus
Payton is responsible for identifying and sourcing multifamily acquisition opportunities for Robles Partners. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at JLL, where he underwrote approximately $10 billion in multifamily real estate and played a key role in over $750 million in transactions.
